The guys from Casey poured and smoothed the concrete for my garage pad on behalf of my contractor. The guys were so nice, courteous and quality people. Can't say enough good things about them. The pad looks perfect!

Casey Metro is the best experience I've had ordering ready mix in the HRM. The driver (Kenny) was calm, professional and very skilled. I will be sure to call them everytime I need concrete.

Archie was a really nice guy to talk too, and Tyler was very helpful

Nov.25, 2022 - Rude and threatening to charge more or not finish the job! Pitiful customer service from the owner!Great courteous truck driver (Scott) who took numerous calls from the owner of Casey Metro Ltd. Finally, the driver put me on the phone with the owner of the company. Completley rude and threatening to send the truck away with cement in it or charge a lot more. What customer service!!! My contractor booked the deal not me. But, it was clear that the deal was 2 hours from talking to the owner and the contractor. Also clear was that the owner was badgering his driver to finish the pour before 2 hours. I understand what he wanted and got the workers to speed up, but why the rudeness? Just follow the deal - 2 hrs! If you send the truck from 2km away or 200km, we can't start to work until you arrive. You've lost the contractor's buiness and mine and anyone we will spread the word to. Good luck trying to charge more for this!
