Best ultrasound experience I have ever had. My technician Bianca was super nice and caring..allowed me to empty my bladder throughout the procedure during my examination just so I feel more comfortable took the time to show me my baby on the screen and provided pictures on a usb for a low cost..and they play good music too. The ladies at the front desk also super nice. Will definitely come back for my 20 week scan :)

I just had an excellent experience at Georgian Radiology at the Rizzardo health and wellness center in Innisfil. I did have to wait over 2 months to get this appointment and although I could have went to a different location, the convenience of staying right here in Innisfil was well worth it. The receptionist worked with me to find a convenient time and date, and my ultrasound technician, Bianca was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, caring, and thorough. There was nothing awkward or painful about it. I have had dozens of ultrasounds at several different places and this was by far the best experience I have had! I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Today I had an amazing experience at Georgian Radiology at the Rizzardo Health Centre, in Innisfil.I had to do part 1 of my nuclear chemical stress test there. Being severely claustrophobic is always a problem for me. In addition, I knew they would give me a drug that causes some awful symptoms. So, I was scared, anxious, wanting to bail etc.However, I was really fortunate to have such a fantastic team of doctor and technologists taking care of me. The lady technologist (whose name unfortunately I forgot, sorry) went above and beyond to make me feel safe.She took me to the room with the tube, allowed me to lie down and experience it without any pressure.Afterward, they hooked me to a 12-lead ECG, let me sit comfortably, always reassuring me.The physician (Dr. Mat Moss), an emergency room doctor, came in and immediately put me at ease. There was a real calmness about him. He began the injection of the stress agent (which he injects very slowly over 4 minutes) always asking me how I felt and reassuring me.After the required 10 min passed, they injected the antidote and the radioisotope.I waited for the required one-hour, then I went into the room with the tube. Again, the technologist made adaptations to make me comfortable, and allowed me to place my phone by my head, playing blue whale sounds, which help me relax.I was able to tolerate the required 15 or 20 minutes in the tube.I felt really good about it.I am so grateful to this very patient team who made me feel safe and calm.3 x Thx

Took my nana in, the place was really clean and comfortable for her. Staff was really patient with her including the X-ray tech Nancy. The young girl at the reception I believe her name is shayla was really polite and kind with helping us in as well!

I just went for an x-ray and I was informed that they were closed and that they closed at 4 o’clock, it was 3:55! As per the receptionist ‘there’s no more x-rays being performed Because it has been so slow all day, so they we’re closing early’ and then told me I could go to the Huronia clinic, this being a huge inconvenience for me. If it was the Huronia clinic I wanted to go to, I would not have checked the Rizzardo hours online and headed there, I would’ve gone to Huronia to begin with. Perhaps if they’re going to close early or take the last patient 15 minutes prior to closing they should post that on the public site. Very unprofessional service.

This newer location in Innisfil is spectacular! Didn't even know it existed as we live in north end of Barrie. So many businesses in one building - lucky Innisfil residence for sure. My ultrasound tech Marina was so friendly - it made the appmt 'fun'. Would definitely travel the distance for the same experience.

I had a great experience at both the huronia location and in the same week the Innisfil location. My technician Marina was fabulous!
