I bought a surprise bag from this store through Too Good To Go app. I thought I would receive food that was expiring today or tomorrow. Instead I got food that expired 2 months ago!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I paid 8$ just to throw away food.

Went there for the first time today and was very happy with their service. The lady at the front was helpful. Without even asking she told me their order schedule so that I could get the freshest product as soon as it came. Would recommend!

The Organic Grocer is a wonderful place to buy fresh produce as well as hard to find organic proteins. Having a wellness section dedicated to healthy living through all natural supplements is a bonus. The true reason I shop here is the knowledgeable and discreet staff who are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to organic health care products. It appears there has been an ownership change and the whole store has been given a fresh new look with a big makeover on the inside. Lots of parking and a great location makes this my go to organic grocery store.

So I went online to order some essential oils that I needed. When my ordering went wierd I called the store. I was promptly referred to Kurt the online guru. He walked through it with me and it worked of course. I had put it to be delivered by mail as I had no more time in the day to pick it up. I have a very old dog at home and she gets super stressed when I leave. Next thing I know I get a call back. I though oh no somethings wrong with my payment . Turns out they refunded my delivery fee for mailing and told me they will bring it by themselves..Now that my friends is customer service A+. So many places today don't go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Kurt for making my day lighter and giving me more time in my day to be with my old 15yr dog who hates when I leave the house..Angel
