I have utilized Cory's services several times over the past few years to deal with hornets/yellow jackets and vermin. Cory is EXTREMELY professional, prompt, polite and adds humour to an otherwise unpleasant situation.He always follows up on his work to ensure that all has been resolved to your satisfaction.I highly doubt than you could find anyone else, or firm, to provide the level of service that Cory provides. Not to mention, his prices are EXCEPTIONALLY priced.Whatever your pest problems are, I would HIGHLY recommend that you contact Cory to resolve them, as I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Out Of Control Pest Control
I am so pleased that when we discovered our new house came with an ant farm, less than 24 hours later Cory was here to solve the problem. Although my fianceé and I know nothing about ant infestations, he educated us on the process and solutions we had available to us. The price was incredibly reasonable and his humour made a not-so-great situation better. Thanks again for helping us!

Out Of Control Pest Control
..Cory helped out my mother-in-law a couple of years ago, serving a raccoon mama and her brood their gentle-yet-firm walking papers. We recently had some unwanted guests in our attic, and he dealt with them with the same calm and professional demeanour, explaining each step along the way, never talking down to us the way some pros tend to, having forgotten that not everyone has their level of experience.Highly recommend, hope to never see him again.

Cory has helped me for 3 years now with bats. He is thorough and his plan usually works! yes the bats return but hopefully now with the exit only door, they will fly somewhere else and not into the house. I highly recommend. Thanks Cory and Pamela!

Out Of Control Pest Control
We have used Out of Control Pest services a few times over the last 3 years. Twice for spiders and to help remove critters (raccoons and a skunk) from under our cottage. Each time we have been impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of the service. When Cory relocated the skunk we were also glad to see that it was done humanely without undue stress for the animal. Thank you Cory!
