Excellent customer service - knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! I was totally confused about what colors I wanted for an entire house and “Jen” was amazing! She has a great eye and tons of experience and gave me great peace of mind!

Jenn, the Assistant Market Manager, was very helpful and recommended the products for my project. I used the paint she recommended for my deck (Resilience Exterior) and it was excellent! The wood was in really bad shape, and this paint went on easily and took only one coat! I'll be back!

Very poor/ non-existent customer service. I went into the store today wanting to buy paint, and I saw the sales associate outside talking to (presumably) a friend. There wasn't anyone else in the store, and she couldn't even bother to tell me she was on her break (if indeed she was), and instead just ignored me. I ended up going to Home Depot for paint instead.

Customer service was great, I went in with lots of questions and the employees were able to answer everything I needed. The store was very tidy and easy to locate what I needed for my project. Definitely will be back in the future!

Absolutely a wonderful staff, very welcoming and had some great laughs while I was in. The women with the dark hair I believe her name may have been Michelle waited on me and she was a wonderful help! Will certainly be buying my paint there more often!
