We chose Mandala Floral for our recent wedding in July 2021. Mallory was incrediblely responsive to every inquiry, every change, and was so helpful in creating the most stunning arrangement for our wedding arch, bouquets, boutineers etc. The quality of the flowers and the attention and care put into these arrangements is unmatched. I ordered flowers for a friend a couple of weeks ago, and went to website initially. They have lots of gorgeous bouquets online, but I was having trouble deciding and wanted to be sure the bouquet would be delivered when she was at home. When I called, the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful explaining that they would ensure they called my friend before stopping by, and even helped to suggest a price range and some flowers that might make a nice combination. I saw a photo of the flowers on the day of and they were GORGEOUS! beautiful fresh pink roses and lilies with a lush mix of greens and accent flowers. You can trust that this business will take good care of you & make a quality bouquet.

Update: The flower shop followed up and corrected the situation. Wonderful customer service!I ordered colourful & fun. I think the flower shop missed the mark on this! Very odd arrangement! Very disappointed!

I ordered an occasion bouquet yesterday with home delivery and Mandala provided great service, follow-up, & delivery! I'm a guy. I buy flowers for my wife and sometimes other humans. I really enjoy spending my money at Mandala Floral. Not because they're local or have nice flowers... I buy here because the staff are pleasant, and their kindness goes beyond the transaction.Let's be clear. I have ZERO clue as to what flowers look great together... but they do... and they go out of their way (like today) to bring meaning to the emotions I'm trying to convey with the flowers.Thank you.
