One of the hidden treasures of Ottawa condos, with a small city park on the lot, private outdoor pool, a good fitness room, and some excellent outdoor views from some of the units, amongst other amenities.

I live in the apartment building on the east side of Marina Bay and the noise coming from there is way TOO MUCH!! Talk about an overly maintained property!! Leaf blowers going several times a week! and they are extremely loud!!..i look off my balcony and i notice they're blowing nothing around! ..overkill and Ridiculous!!! I don't understand how anyone who want to live there and always be subjected to loud machinery noises and pay astronomical condo fees for that! :-(
