The Source

It's a pretty alright general-purpose electronic store. However, if you're looking for specific items or anything computer related, I'd recommend ordering off of Amazon or Newegg.

Originally, we went to Gamestop to get a PS5, but decided to check The Source as well. Jacob was very helpful during the visit and was able to provide us with the best service possible, quickly and fully answering any questions we had. We switched from Rogers to Bell thanks to him, and got a major discount for PS5!I hope next time we need to visit source, Jacob will be there!

The store doesn't honour warranties. If they couldn't give me the exact aux cord then my money should've been returned.

I've been to The Source, Avalon Mall St. John's NL store a number of times and each and every time I've found the staff very helpful and patient. They've taken the time to explain some technology items at a lower level so I could understand, without being patronizing, they've explained the different options on some items I was looking at, and have been polite and courteous. I've also witnessed them taking the time with other clients and not rushing anyone. This time, was no exception. Brennan helped me with some internet/cable questions and packages and explained each item, and provided great service. While I was waiting for Brennan to update the system, I noticed the other employee, Carson, helped two people. He was very patient and not only explained what the person needed to do, but showed her how to do it. He listened to another client, and not only referred him to a place that could help him, he also gave directions. So nice to go to a store and have staff actually take the time to help. Thank you.

My experience here has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before, all thanks to Brennan. As soon as I walked in the store I was instantly welcomed. I was nervous going in because I had absolutely no clue how to ask for what I needed, but Brennan listened, and made sure I understood everything and took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He truly went above and beyond and even ended up saving me money on my home services, which I appreciate SO much. The customer service I received was outstanding. Brennan truly is fantastic and I hope to always deal with him when shopping at the source!

Horrible to deal with. After purchasing 1000$ worth of electronics for my kids my wife who was pushing a stroller asked for assistance bring a tv to her car. They refused . Super rude and starting mocking my wife got not being able to handle the wait of the 40 inch tv .. called for manager 7 times on 7 different occasions they are on holidays or sick ever since this happened. Horrible customer service worse management

Wasn't sure what I wanted for phone carriers. Went into the source and a friendly lad Brennan took his time and helped me figure out what I wanted, now I have a great new I phone with bell, great price and plan. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will come here anytime I need tech and recommend anyone else who needs the same!!!

Brennan at the source is amazing! He saved me so much money on me home internet and TV:) he is very knowledgeable and kind! I recommend stopping by to see him if you are thinking about saving money on your internet/TV services.
