We had this company finish our basement. In addition to presenting us with a very reasonable price, they were professional in every way possible Starting with our initial encounter with the owner Dale. Together we worked out the plans for our renovation Dale set into motion all the necessary pre-construction activities such as pulling permits, ordering supplies and establishing reasonable deadlines. When it came time for the work his three employees were beyond outstanding Let me simply say they treated our home like theirs. They were more than willing to address all of our questions and concerns on a daily basis Further their work was very professional and they were diligent in their clean up everydayWe would highly recommend this company for any renovation and obviously would not hesitate to use them for any future renovationsTo state it simply , great job and great experience

This was one of the best jobs we have ever had done. We finished 3 rooms in our basement, 2 bedrooms plus storage room on our 2 year old home. We also finished our garage. The team at Rad home improvement were great, on time, clean, professional, and reasonably priced. All materials were matched, rug, doors, paint colours and fixtures. The job was completed on time. I have also had to use them a second time on my kitchen after a flood. The work was great, they matched my counter top and cabinet doors. Looks like new. Thanks again for the great work.

A truly amazing experience! I had RAD Home Improvements install a new powder room and add a wine bar on the main floor of my house and I couldn't be happier. After our front porch railing, we had rad home improvements back to finish our basement, put in a bedroom bathroom rec room in extra space for the exercise room. Rad construction were amazing! They diagnosed the leaking problem in our tile shower, fixed the problem, and gave us a beautiful new shower. They also repaired the leakage damage in our lower level. They were punctual, professional, & clean. Dale Jessie, & Nick will be our first call if we have other projects to be done!

We had our basement renovated a couple of years ago and just now completed our main floor/kitchen. From start to finish these guys are the best. Very professional and easy to work with. They always clean up at the end of the day. Any changes/suggestions throughout the project are welcomed and they work with you to have it exactly how you want.
