Was Looking for a Starter and a Sensor to quickly repair one of our fleet of vehicles. Staff on the phone was professional and friendly. when we took our old parts in to match up, absolutely no hesitation to help us verifying the parts. Then we didn't even ask but they offered us a discount on the parts as well.We did some shopping with the other auto parts store branded L" and their prices are outrageous and parts person seems like you have to beg them to help.A+ experience with this NAPA store!"

The new sales rep has ABSOLUTLY no intrest or idea how to handle a customer complaint. The same goes for the guy hes replacing. Zero customer relations experience. Zero cares given. I am more dissapointed every time i deal with napa employees. I will do my best to prevent ANY future dealings with this horrid company. It was a chamion organization for all my life in every province and city and town i worked in across Canada. But over the last year it has gone to pieces with inexperienced and obviously untrained staff. I had a complaint for the richmond rep today and not only did i get no phone number or email to contact, i was laughed at, belittled and ignored. I am the lead mechanic for two shop locations. ALL mechanic labour jobs go through me as do ALL parts. Watch what happens. I have never been treated this way by ANY company REPRESENTATIVE.

I went to buy spark plugs there in Feb. The guy talked to me like I’m a dumb (of course I know nothing about parts that’s why I need part specialist). He ended up gave me spark plugs for the model I told him. I then went for spark plug replacement and the car was shaking. However, they didn’t know that it was spark plug problem. I ended up replaced 2 ignition coild cost me around 400$ and using for 6 months before the problem came back again. I went to Lordco and found a guy. He was surprised to learnt the brand Napa gave me. He said something like “You know what I found it’s interesting because I would not give you that brand” I didn’t know why but that moment I realized sth wrong. I ended up taking 4 instead of 1 and got back to the mechanic. I worked for the new plugs. It was my fault partially as I should have known this earlier, so I gave 2 star, if not it must be 0 star as the guy at Napa was totally unhelpful to review.Updated: I changed to 1 star since a guy from NAPA told me that he suspected it was my fault in choosing repair facility and only investigate if I have full invoices and products. His service level explain why it’s better to choose Lordco

Staff are friendly, selection is okay. Price more expensive than other stores I’ve seen (such as Vancouver Auto Parts).Disorganized way of assisting customers. I came for a purchase that took about 3 minutes to complete, but had to wait over 20minutes due to only one person working at the counter. He also chose to answer some phone calls that came in after I had already been lining up for over 10mins. This would be understandable if the phone call were really quick and I had a big purchase that would take a while. But I had a quick purchase and the phone call took longer than my transaction.Will not be returning here due to poor organization and price.

They sold me a part that their employee told me would fit but it did not. I returned to exchange it 2 days later and instead of trying to fix their mistake they denied my exchange saying they can't re-sell the part and tried to sell me another part. What happens if that new part doesn't fit too? Do I just keep buying parts that you wrongfully sell me? I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service. I have previously spent hundreds of dollars here. Do not use this company they do not have any customer service.

I went to the branch to purchase an oil filter for my car. As I have been their customer for 5 years, I know that they sell a few types of filter of different qualities for my car model. When I approached one of the employees, Joey, I gave him my car information, and without any question about which filter I wanted, he just went in and grabbed a NAPA Gold for me. When I was about to pay, I noticed that it was significantly more expensive than what I have been paying for for the past 5 years, so I asked about the cheaper ones. He answered “no, we only have this one. This is the one”. The other employee overheard our conversation and he stood up and gave a surprised look, but he did not approach us. Knowing that something is wrong, I furthered my question and asked if NAPA had stopped selling the cheaper ones because I swear I knew what I had been purchasing. To my surprise, Joey replied, “Do you have receipts of your previous purchase then?” as if he was challenging me and dared me to bring out some proof. I was not totally sure and I did not want to argue, so I just paid and left.After I went home, I dug out all my old receipts and confirmed my claim. Therefore, I went back right away and talked with Joey again. I brought in 4 receipts of my previous oil filter purchases and asked why the price had quadrupled. He just looked at one of them unwillingly and said that it is just how the society is currently. With so much frustration, I asked one more time whether they had the cheaper ones, and to that he said no, so I asked for a refund. At that moment, the other employee, Ricardo, came over and told me that they actually have the cheaper filter. Before I could even process it and give a response, Joey just told Ricardo “Why don’t you take over this then” and threw the ball at Ricardo. Once Ricardo took over, everything went smoothly and I finally got what I had been asking for.The customer service from this particular employee is totally unacceptable. I am not surprised to see here that other people have had similar experience with him. If I did not keep my previous receipts and did not stand up for myself, I would have been another victim as well.All in all, if you really have to come to this store and make informed purchases, avoid Joey at all cost.

A great, energetic and friendly lady staff greeted us and helped us for purchase a very low cost filter.I think she is the example of customer service and absolutely 5 star for them.They have huge selection of good parts and very big warehouse. Store is clean and tidy.They have variety of different prices and give you more selection to choose from.

Shockingly terrible customer service. Called the day before about my Napa Legend battery was told to bring it in the next day for a free replacement as it still had over a year left on the warranty, I told him I had no receipt. The next day I take the battery in and another employee chimes in that they don't honor warranties without the receipt even on their own branded products, even with the old battery in front of them (from when they look up the warranty details on the computer of course!) This doesn't help though because the warranty the purchaser not the product aparently, because what if you didn't buy the battery but bought the car with it in it???"
