Staff are extremely friendly and kind. I was really anxious during my appointment because I recently had to put down two other animals. The staff took extra time and care to help me through my cats visit, and even after.

A long wait on a holiday weekend. Very understandable and the staff were very helpful and understanding even under their stressed working conditions. We were very thankful that they were open and they took good care of our cat. This is the second time we've made use of the animal emergency hospital and we've been pleased with all their services and very thankful that they are here for us in Red Deer. Thank you!

Everyone there was amazing and did everything they could to help our boy out. Gave great advice and were extremely helpful and patient. Our boy has some severe anxiety issues and they worked with him and me to get him the best service possible.

The day I had to take my cat to the vet they were very busy we waited for 2 hours and then went back home for another hour or so they are very good emergency place with all the animals going in and out I was amazed how busy they were not to expensive either at least for what the problem we had gone to the animal hospital for.

I have brought many animals here over the years, and referred all my friends with pets. Nowhere have I felt every single person understand the love we have for our animals. The compassion they show every single time gives me the confidence, and courage, to trust my animals in their care.The cost is more than reasonable and there are options for payments.Carla, Erica, Zaz, Little, Cross-eye and Rocky are so grateful they were there for emergencies ❤️

While the get was very compassionate and sorry, due to a mistake made while putting our cat under in-order to put in a catheter he died. My son was devastated as the issue was entirely treatable

This place was perfect. Had an issue with my dog and couldn't be happier with the professionalism from this establishment. Very kind and thoughtful service. The 24 hours emergency element is perfect in a worrisome event.

I took my dog in Thursday night after a run in with a porcupine told the vets about the 2 main quills we were worried about both by his eye they missed one and now 3 days later I found another one in his cheek! They only had to pull 6 quills and still missed 2 I understand human error but I specifically addressed one of these quills and it was still over looked.
