If you are looking for a stand-up company to do your home renovations, your search is done once you find 4040. We needed our countertops changed out from the tired old Arborite and Dustin suggested a beautiful quartz. From the first conversation we had, until the install was complete, was one week. And his pricing cannot be touched anywhere. He was very professional to speak to and communicated everything with us every step of the way. He did a large island with undermount sink and a 12-foot countertop with cutout for a cooktop. I will definitely recommend 4040 to my friends and family. I had 4040 Renovations install new quartz counters and under mount sinks in both my bathrooms. The work was done in a very timely manner and Dustin returned to followup and ensure the quality was satisfactory. Excellent Service! The estimate quoted was super competitive, coupled with the professionalism - I am super impressed with 4040 Renovations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company! I will definitely have 4040 Renovations work on my kitchen when the time come...I did it!! Finally had my new quartz counter-tops, faucet, under-mount sink and back splash in my kitchen completed and I AM IN LOVE WITH MY KITCHEN AGAIN!I called 4040 again, because I was so impressed with my bathrooms, and I was not let down. Installation in an day!!! But the whole process from measurements and fabrication to installation was fast. The installers cleaned the kitchen up to more than satisfactory levels - impressed. If looking to give your home some TLC the crews at 4040 can get the job done.

Dustin just finished the job at my house that included removing pre-existing flooring including tile, pantry demolition, scraping the ceiling, refacing all cabinetry within the house, island extension and much more. His timeline was accurate and he finished the job on time. I have nothing but praise for the overall work.Dustin’s kitchen quote for refacing, countertops and ceiling cabinetry extension was almost half of reface magic’s quote.

We payed Dustin $10,000 to replace our cabinets, counters, backsplash. He promised us professional work. However he missed many many things. Lots of the hinges of he installed are falling apart. Many of the cabinets are not good quality. He ensured us about the warranty he will provide. I contacted him several times to rectify his mistakes, he is ghosting. He should come and rectify the mistakes he made.

Yesterday Dusty installed our new quartz countertops in our kitchen. It looks absolutely gorgeous! He is very efficient, courteous, and helpful. I recommend Dusty to anyone who wants work done in their kitchen. His prices are low, but his workmanship is high!!!

I saw an ad on Kijiji for granite countertops.Texted my kitchen layout to them.Was sent to look fo granite.Found one I liked at harri stone and messaged the color to him.They never replied back to me after 2 messages. Still stumped as to why a company would ghost you. They should value customers and not send them looking at material wasting their time if they have no intention of doing the job.

4040 came in and did a fantastic job. On time and budgetTook 1 day to remove and re install my counter tops and I will differently be getting the tile backslash done next from 4040

This is a further review of 4040 renovations.I I had my home done in vinyl plank floors.There were a lot of shortcuts made in each of the bathrooms. Baseboards damaged and some missing. I have water marks on the ceiling downstairs. Toilet valve was broken during the installation.I spoke with Dustin still waiting for these repairs to be done.

4040 came in to give us a quote and then subsequently proceed with the replacement of our counter tops to quartz. Dusty was extremely accommodating, friendly, well priced and most importantly, provided a really quality product and service. Fully recommend 4040.

Dusty and his guys are the best I have ever hired. They got the job done ahead of schedule and right on budget, no surprises. Everything they did on our kitchen reno was perfect! Seriously not one thing I could find fault with. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I am already planning the next job and I won't even look anywhere else, 4040 renovations are the best!
