Worst internet speed. Cant work, cant stream, can barely load a google search. Paying for 5 Mbs but typically get less than 0.5 mbs. Just did a speed test and got 0.17 mbs download. Worse than 1990s speeds. Every single time I come to my cottage it is always the same issues always and I'm so tired of calling to get transferred back and forth just for a temporary fix that takes atleast all weekend and atleast 6 phone calls to get. This has been over years and years. The worst internet ever so frustrating!

I have had 6 conversations with their support and they established that something is not working properly but their top or 3 rd level of support has to establish next steps. But they do not call me and you cannot get anyone to put you in touch with them. Yesterday they changed the ticket number so it appears the process started over. I have to work tomorrow and I need the internet but it doesn’t function well enough. On my own I have reset all routers and computers. Did not fix the issues. Very frustrated.

What's with the internet?I would of recommended but for the past month the internet goes out 8x within a minute!!! Paying for a service that can't be used. No streaming no work no nothing. Hope this issue get resolved.

From first phoning about obtaining internet at our cottage through to paying my first invoice, everything has been first rate; CCI describing the packages and sending a cost estimate, scheduling, Bell Solutions running the line (Tyler was A+), the modem set up and quality of signal, solving an internet technical problem with Bon, asking for clarity on my first invoice and some newby questions being answered. Top notch! I highly recommend CCI.

Internet never works. Feom 5pm--8pm you can count on never working. Support has no clue how to fix it. Spent most of the summer on the phone with support. Worst Internet provider never.
