The Vault Cafe
absolutely wonderful little venue. stopped in to grab a late night london fog to go, and the music was really nice. i stopped in the next night for the same reason, and same thing. if i didn't have other plans i would have stayed, i enjoyed the music so much. i also got a cinnamon bun, and that was fantastic. i was just visiting from out of town but i really enjoyed the atmosphere

Truly, a visit to Crushed Velvet is an experience like no other, where fashion and humanity intersect in the most wondrous way.

High quality cappuccino, lemon bar was fresh but a little bit too sweet. What I really liked about this place is the interior design. So authentic and eye catching. The harmony and combination of colours and furnitures and plants is just one of the best that I’ve ever seen. Sitting by the window, enjoying the view and flowers as well as my coffee! What else I can ask for?! Thank you Vault for being so welcoming and pretty!

One of the main reasons to visit Nanaimo was to have a breakfast at this café. Excellent service, fantastic atmosphere and fully loaded breakfast wraps. I already recommended this lovely place to my friends. Will definitely come back if I was ever in the island.

Delicious Nanaimo bars and awesome coffee drinks. Got a London Fog and Chai Latte and both were delicious! Great atmosphere and a full menu with food I can’t wait to try.

Super cute little cafe with a nice bohemian vibe. It’s very cozy and has a great selection of food and drinks. The espresso was great and the apple crumble bar tasted so fresh, and it was gluten-free! I definitely wish I tried some more of their food.

Such a beautiful restaurant with many pictures and antiques collections displayed all over the cafe. It has platforms raised at different corners of the cafe instead of a regular shop lot. All corners are either decorated with art pieces or plants.It’s a place you can relax, enjoy the surrounding, music, read and spend the day. Food is fantastic too, so are the service staffs.

The Vault Cafe
The Vault Cafe is a cozy little spot in Nanaimo to chill, get some work done, or catch up with friends. My friends and I visited here as we waited for the ferry and enjoyed the atmosphere for getting caught up on some work. I also appreciate that the Cafe is open later in the evening compared to others as it allows students to have a place to work in the evening.Really enjoyed time here.
