Awesome experience from the team. Had an amazing dinner. Jim was great for conversation and his stories. Definitely recommend for any family or group.

We were there today 5 minutes late to our reservation. we requested to get rescheduled for some other days. a staff at the concierge told us that their operator Jim refused to reschedule us to later date. we felt like being played by the fine prints on the terms agreements. we haven't met Jim but learned a lot about his character. a proper management should have handled such situation with some partial penalty for rescheduling and keep customers happy. Sadly, there is a lack of professionalism at the service desk. Very disappointed.

Have known Jim and his teams for many years, always such a pleasure to see them on the hill. A truly magical experience going through the woods at night to a cozy little cabin where a delicious meal awaited us. The whole family had a perfect night.
