Not impressed with the customer service experience still waiting for response from them over 3weeks and was waiting for over 1 hour on telephone with customer service that transferred me to the same branch of witch nobody was able to return my call or help me....what is next ..the media...this is unprofessional to the extreme point..waiting for someone to resolve this issue....

the opening hours are 10 am and not 9.30 we always are welcomed at 10 am even if there was 10 people between the doors and always short staff. 2 or 3 tellers are only on service even when the line up is up to the doors. really not convenient to spend more then 15 min waiting to do your business

Service d’égeulasse côté sécurité vraiment pas bon cotés service à la clientèle pourris j’ai eu une fraude à l’identité puis ils me lancent d’un côté et de l’autre depuis février personne n’a encore régler mon problème je ne recommande pas banque Scotia

Poor service. They say they are open till 5 on Mondays but they actually close everything at 4 and tell people to go to atm. WOW. Hope their head office is aware of this.

Please do not visit this branch. My elderly mother was discriminated against right on the face by the branch manager. Not only she was denied the service that the Bank offered but was told that they do not give it to people like her. I hope this goes to the head office but at the point my family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Quelle tour de Babel... C'est comme dans Astérix et les douze travaux. Tu appel au 1-800... et ils te donnent un nom de contact et un numéro de téléphone local. Tu appel à ce numéro et le message du répondeur te dit d'appeler le même numéro 1-800 que tu as appelé plus tôt...ça ou le numéro de boîte vocal t'indique que la personne est à la retraite et qu'il ne sert à rien de laisser un message.Horrible service à la clientèle au niveau corporatif et local.
