I was looking for a dealership that offered Saturday service for an oil change and a recall repair. After calling 5 other dealerships I booked in with Koch Lincoln Ford. I am so happy we did! I loved the text communications and how well everything was explained to me. They even washed the exterior of my car before it came back to me. Very impressed and now a loyal customer!
