Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I attended the location on Wyandotte Street East in Windsor Ontario this morning. My car would not start because of the cold and I am pregnant so I called a tow truck and went into the tim hortons on site to stay warm while I waited for it. The owner of the gas station came bursting into the Tim Hortons screaming at and verbally assaulting me to move my car. I explained it wouldn't start and I called a tow truck and he continued to scream at me the entire time I walked back to my car. I will add that I was not impeding any other cars from getting into the gas station. They could all get in and out.

I went through the car wash and it damaged my car. I am waiting to hear what they are going to do about it. I will keep all posted as to the details. I have talked to the independent owner but he says it's up to Petro Canada. I will post as soon as I hear about their solutions. Plus, it did not clean my car. You can see the dirt on the windows beside the windshield wipers and the body still has the dirt grime on it. I whipped it off with my finger like dust on a shelf.

nice honest gas station. Lock your car doors. This location is beside a Tim Hortons. This Timmys seems to be a busy hang out for Windsors crystal meth addicted population.

Thanks for punking our money.. went to use your vaccuum that has no visible do not use or broken sign anywhere.. it takes the money and doesn't work.. try your other vacuum and a broom would have done a better job we litterally have to go to a different place now and your lovely staff say to talk to the manager tomorrow.. I mean your product took my money.. now amd you want me to come back really! I have to come back and waste my time for 2 bucks great! I'd rather just leave this review it seems like a way better waste of time thanks for taking our money!

I will ever purchase gas there again I selected regular gas and the pump switches to midgrade when I brought this to the attendants attention his exact words were I should have put the nozzle back and started over I am a business owner myself I am 53 years old and been driving since 16 i was I never had this happen don't go there I don't plan on it

Good convenient location with carwash and Tim Horton's, but lock your car when not in it. Way too many thugs and junkies always circling around this location..

Too expensive and doesn’t ever dry the car, after I exit i had to stop in the parking to wipe the water from my side mirrors and windows

The various staff members have always been kind, courteous, helpful and efficient. Any time there was a error or mistake made on their behalf, it was always corrected without question. However, there are several problems I've encountered as well. The prices of the majority of confectionery goods are priced at a mark up of 30-50%. The total square footage of the location is an excellent trigger for anxiety, if not a claustrophobia induced panic attack. Finally the bathroom But in the end I have lived with in 3 blocks of the station for 3 years and regardless of the plethora of 'convenience' stores in the area I would choose no other. Another benefit of the location is the fact it's paired with a Tim Hortons.

I’m very upset ! Just went through the“ touchless” car wash at this location and it scratched the rims up on my 2017 Escape . $400 damage . Avoid at all costs

Friendly staff. Decent touch free car wash for smaller vehicles, wouldn't recommend bringing a normal size pickup through. A lot of chuds hanging around that corner, lock your stuff up!
