Excellent customer service I experienced today by Scott and Ethan. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about the system. I had a problem with newly installed pump and they were able to fix it in no time.

Zack was very helpful and resolved a problem we have been trying to get fixed for 2 years. Alan, Dion, Scott and Ethan were great during 2 service calls. Unfortunately we have had major problems since Majestic opened our pool incorrectly 2 years ago and ruined our motor. Calls were seldom returned and no one would show on several occasions when we were told they would come out for a service call. While there are some great employees, the overall service from this company has left us frustrated and disappointed. We will be switching to Deep Blue Pool and Spa.

Scott and Ethan came to fix our sand filter and they were excellent, informative and answered any of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves and were just pleasant. I highly recommend this team.7-4-23

I just had a bit of an issue with my salt water pool from Majestic and the guys who came out were AWESOME!! Scott and Ethan did a fantastic job and had me up and running in no time. I've had my inground pool for 5 years and Majestic opens and closes for me every year. Highly recommend Majestic.

Our Majestic pool is 21 years old & still looks brand new. We’ve had to replace some things and working with Rick in Service has always been a pleasure as well as with Scott & Ethan when they come to replace &/or repair. If you want a pool, make it a Majestic!!

Scott was great, called in advance, manger the opening, explained next step, insured the mechanical item were operating properly. Real asset to you company! 6/26/23 Scott, Tom and Ethan came out, we have been struggling to get our pool water to optimal levels for salt generated chlorine, they came out inspected the entire mechanical system and insured the system was in fact working, they made some technical adjustments and we seems to be good. Appreciate their time and explanation on the fix. Great crew!
