I made an appointment with Elegant nails based off a recommendation from my Burlington friend when I first moved here. I have been a client of Tony and Kathy since 2018. They are the BEST. They do the best work and are INCREDIBLY friendly people. They are professional and gracious business owners. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Elegant Nails.

Friendly staff and amazing work. They take pride in their work and take the time to make sure your nails are just the way you want them. Highly recommend this place.

I wish I didn't even have to put 1 star next to this business. My friend and I went here for the First time October 5th 2018 at 6:15pm. We had shellac nail polish on our nails and just wanted polish change and pedicure. I was taken by an older asian woman who proceeded to ONLY use the machine to remove my shellac...I then asked will you not be soaking off the polish" Oh yeah I will....they never did and just continued to shave it down....my pictures show how thin my nails are now....before Friday my nails would not bend or morph with pressure. Now if I scratch my arm the nail bends backwards! My friend had gotten Chrome nails done with a design and she had paid extra for this service

First time going and had Tony! He was such a sweetheart! He made the whole experience very comfortable and took the time to tell me how to care for my nails!His work was soo nice! My nails feel and look great. Great colour choice as well! Thanks again Tony!

Tony and Kathy will always make you feel like valued clients or friends! They're funny, charming, and talented in what they do. They'll definitely take care of your nails and lashes! That being said, Peter is one of their newer nail techs and I have to say I love my nails! I'm never disappointed whenever I visit.

It’s been a while since I’ve been so impressed! Tony did my nails, absolutely amazing, the conversation, his ideas and his execution, we most importantly the love for what he does. Moved to Burlington 2019, tried 2 nail places and Covid before going to Elegant nails in 2021. Tony is an excellent craftman and seasoned customer service professional, had an unpleasant encounter with Ana but Tony quickly took charge.

The best place to get your nails done - would recommend to anyone!
