The young guy's that work here have no ambition to help. When you call the mobil gas shop they answer there phones by just saying hi. No idea if you've called the right place or anything. They won't even tell you the price of the gas over phone even though I've phoned there many times and got the gas prices. The kids that work here are lazy and have no drive. They really need to improve on their customer service.

Deducted money from my credit card then pump shutdown.. the employee is so naive said “cant help you your fault” i lost my money and service is pooooooor!!!!

This is the Bay Stairs at Willowbrook mall now a Mobil gas station Infact I don't even think we have mobile gas stations in BC, we like to stop here on bike cruises for a picture it's a tradition and we will continue it forever more

Credit card seemed to have been compromised at this location, I called to let them know and they started asking for my name and banking information.

Consistently more expensive than all competitors for the past several months. No excuses. Even with the PC points it doesn’t make up the price difference. My business has gone elsewhere for 3 vehicles

Paper towels are almost always out. Even today I got gas and same. What kind of cleanliness is it that ur supporting during these COVID times when u can't even provide basic cleaning paper. Today all 3 of them were empty on both sides of each. To top it off, didn't even have receipt paper in the machine.

Staff are very rude. Accused my girlfriend of having a fake ID because it had a sticker (from ICBC) with our new address on it. Then she still sold her the smokes? Doesn't even make sense...
