From the moment I walked into POOLS BY ANGELO, Cristina & staff took the time to explain everything clearly. As a first time hot tub shopper, I appreciated that they didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. When the tub was eventually delivered, the crew was great, & they did everything they could on that trip. Unfortunately, my electrical cable was not in a good position & I had to move it about 15” closer to the edge of the base. They kindly offered to come back another time to finish positioning the tub and feeding the cable through the floor. The second crew was as good as the first, centring the tub exactly where I wanted it to rest on the base. Joe explained how to maintain the tub properly using the items supplied by PBA, and didn’t mind me recording him so that I could refer back to his instructions. He should be on HGTV, haha! I’m really excited to fill the tub, have the electrician here to connect the wiring, and begin using this newest feature in my backyard. It’s starting to feel like a resort!

They did my pool a few years ago and it is absolutely stunning. I’ve never had a pool before, it was a big learning curve. They were always super helpful in explaining things, I think I finally have it figured out. I also have a hot tub which was purchased from another company, I had some issues with it. I had struggled for months trying to get rid of mold I thought but it when I went to PBA, they knew right away that it was biofilm. They told me what to do and now it is finally perfect. I’m so happy.

I'm not a pool owner, but my neighbour is. He had his liner replaced on his inground pool. They thought it was wise to run LOUD honing sound machinery ALL DAY & NIGHT on a weeknight. I guess sleep isn't important. Such things should be done on a weekend when non retired people work and children go to school. The sound even made my dog have fits

We had our liner replaced by Angelo’s and the experience during and after was dismal…extremely frustrating. Countless appointments not honoured and repeated lack of response to address concerns with installation. Even with continued trips back in to purchase chemicals and asking for responses we still couldn’t get them resolved. Extremely poor service.

We had a liner replacement put in our inground swimming pool, by Pools by Angelo. Everyone was very kind and helpful, from the front line desk workers, in helping with liner choices to the liner installation workers. Angelo and his crew were top notch always making sure everything was done with care and making sure we were pleased with the final result. We were happy that we were able to use the same trusted pool company that put in our original pool 22 years ago. Thank you to everyone at Pool by Angelo.
