TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD first closed my home branch (Downtown), making me go to this one, then they closed the ATM after hours (what happened to open late?) and need to go all the way to the north end, meaning I would need to pay for a bus, transfer, and spend an hour plus just to make a deposit, its like they dont want my money or care about me as a customer. Planning on switching banks. TD has been getting worse and worse. And before TD responds, I have contacted your support/feedback email and got no response, just fix the problem already.

I hate that I can't use the ATM after hours! Figure a way to fix this! I can't open an account unless I make an appointment. I know what I want but 2 wks down the road I can do it. Looking into other banks.

you closed the downtown location entirely and removed the atms, now this location wont let you get to the atms off opening hours. remember when you spent all that ad money about extra hours and banking being comfortable ? what a waste of time and money. two times I went to this one b/c the downtown one is gone and can't even access the place. is td doing so badly that this is something you had to do to survive, b/c you're actually making banking much less easy for clients with this sort of thing. really not impressed.

Visited this branch on August 29th in the afternoon. Very poor customer service, teller was unfriendly and unhelpful, did not help us get a teller stamp required for mortgage deposit cheques, did not help us to complete the forms and made the experience quite stressful. I’ve been a customer of td for 15 years and this has been one of the worst branches to deal with, I have rarely had a good experience dealing with staff in this location. Not only poor customer service but very bad attitude is shown.
