BEWARE!!!!!!! this place might not even be legal ......!! nobody will identify them self not ever the alleged Doctor'' the lady at the front desk is racist and ignorant. she also would not identify herself...the good news is the police provided their names!!!!!! MANY GILL front desk. avoid her .. she's undereducated

Very horrible experience everytime whenever i visit the clinic… due to the rude and mannerless receptionist,, she never talks to anyone calmly.. I had to visit just because my doctor is very nice..No matter, how much the doctor is nice but if the front bench person is not behaving well mannered then this clinic will always gain zero.

Extremely rude staff. Even though you have an appointment they gonna make you wait for hour or so no matter what. Unschooled staff. Talking nice to patients is not allowed in this clinic because they never does. Need improvement specially the girl who attend calls is untrained

They don't open at 8 am false in web site open at 8.30 and they don't see any one before 9am

This is the worst clinic you can visit to. You have to wait there for 2 hours even if you were there first walk in patient. They took the patient first who walked in after me. Staff is very rude. They will take you first if you can yell at them. I would give them 0 star if possible.

Guys stay away from this clinic. Extremely rude receptionists. She put me on hold for 30 min then hunged. Next time called and she didn't listen to me and hunged up the phone while I was speaking! They hunged up the phone 3 times on me every time I call. Never say bye though. Never seen such receptionists before extremely ugly manner! Speaks with rude accent though and keeps arguing you what ever you say in weird way. Will tell the doctor about their behaviour of course.

Dr Manchanda is great and the only reason they’re getting 3 stars he was very educated and listened to all my problems and dealt with them well and explained everything well but the receptionist are the worst they literally useless and they don’t even answer the phone even when they’re sitting right there. During covid time they made you call before letting u in the office and I stood outside and called 5 times for them to let me in for my appointment and they’re were sitting at the front desk not answering any of my calls I had to get my mom to call them and get them to open the door and shockingly they answered her call and not mine there are both very rude especially the older one she has no manners and doesn’t know how to deal or talk to people. I hate going there now that dr manchanda isn’t back yet but have no option until he’s back or another doctor might take me

worst experience. they dont pickup your call at all. i dont know why this clinic is still open. receptionst do not want to listen or work i dont know what they get paid for.

It’s a busy clinic so sometimes it takes a bit to get through on the phone. The receptionists are usually swamped and taking attitude from impatient people but have always been kind to me and my family. For those complaining about lack of professionalism maybe try being kind when talking to them it goes both ways. Doctor Zake is an amazing doctor always fitting me in within 24 hours when I need an appointment and if it’s urgent I’m seen right away. Anytime I need a prescription renewal it’s super quick and if I have questions he takes the time to answer me. I will agree with one review about the Chinese doctor having an attitude problem though and I’m sure he will bring the ratings down even more in time. Surrey is a busy place to live so it shouldn’t be such a shock that a clinic has wait times.
