Kal Tire

I have bought Impulse rims with a set of bolt last year from them I went for service appointment with the Audi dealership and they noticed that the bolt some of them not the right size there's slightly different sizes bolt in the same box ( Mispackaged ) but enough to make a damage to my vehicle which requires to replace the hand and when I followed up with them they tried to give me a ridiculous excuses that a little kid cannot accept it I'll follow up with the head office and update my review

My experience here was fantastic with the help of the employees, especially Mark G. He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly.Plenty selection of tires, prices and good recommendations for Fort McMurray and surrounding areas.Even though they were very busy, they managed to work with their team to get the service done well and quick while being professional and making the experience comfortable and enjoyable as possible.Highly recommend and will definitely be back for some winter Nokian tires!

They lie over the phone when you call them and ask if are there any technicians available to replace the tire, they say yes even after you explain to them and when you arrive they tell you to wait two hours. Lady at the front desk wasn't as kind as she should be with customers and their yard is such a mess full of snow so it's hard to back up a super b train I won't even mention trying to turn around.Don't use this shop !!!!!!

I came 3 times here with my semi and today also every time I show up for my tire change they tell me 3.5 hours wait 2 hours wait 4 hours wait and no one in front of me I ask why so long there excuse meeting in the morning and loading and unloading and we don’t have enough guys is worst place to come here and get a tire change they will never help you even if it’s a simple fixShut this place down is not working …never deal with them again

I'd give less then 1 star if I could. This has ought to be the worse place and customer service I've ever witnessed in Fort Mcmurray. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I dropped a damaged rim off to be repaired though their third party program and today marks the 16TH DAY and still NOT fixed. Originally their representative communicated 5 days from when dropped off until i could pick the rim back up. The rim sat at Kal tire shop for 4.5 days and didn't move, finally got repaired and sent back only to revieve a call saying the rim got damaged again somehow, whether during shipping or once they received it. Now the whole process starts over and likely I'll be without the car for another week or two. Their acts of remediation has been non existent, offering mere pennies for the losses and inconvenience and nothing to expedite the process. Furthermore forget calling the place, you'll be on hold forever, if they even answer the phone. There's more reputable providers out there folks, save yourself the headache and avoid this place!

A friend of mine took their tires and rims in to be mounted after an hour and a half they called back saying they couldn’t do it. Not only did they forget to give back a hub cap and the sensors they also damaged two of the rims.

Service for a flat from drop off to pick up was excellent! They were pretty busy at the time I dropped off my tire and said they would get to the repair as soon as they could. I didn't mind as it looked like the bays were pretty busy. Low and behold they called me back within the hour to pick up my tire!Thank you so much!

We called monday morning about a flat tire and we were told if we brought it in it would take 1-3 hrs and guaranteed by the end of the day, so we took my tire in at about 9-930. I called them at 330 to be told it's not done and it'd be done by the next day, total bummer because I needed my vehicle to drive to Edmonton that evening for a doctors appointment early the next morning and had made plans to pick up a large package. Luckily we're a 2 vehicle household but with having made the plans to pick up this package not having my tire in time made it a totally inconvenience because i had to try jam a huge box into the back of an suv. I wasn't able to get ahold of them the next day while still in the city or on the way home and anytime I could get through they would put me on hold for it just to time out or be hung up on (whichever it was). Also this is the second tire we've taken in of mine that the sensor was broken off and not fixed but atleast the told us with the first tire. Would absolutely not recommend kal tire unless you're into having bad experiences.
