They should mention in their website that if the baby has fever or cough, they wont see in the baby in person. I dont want telemedicine/ teleconference. Walk in means i should be able to do see in person if you have availability.If you have any problem with the baby, please goto Emergency across the street. It is sad, even for non emergency I have to go to ER and wait longer. Also keeping busy the hospital for non emergency case. Doctors, you have lost my respect.

Dr. Bao was extremely professional and caring, he did a minor surgery for me within 10 mins and talked me through the whole procedure, he also followed up with me a couple times afterwards to see how I was healing. Excellent doctor

They do not presently allow patients inside the building. Upon speaking to reception at the security desk outside the front door, I receive a text telling me to wait for the doctor’s call and that they are unable to accommodate patients within the clinic. The doctor called 2 hours later.

This place does not accomadate disabled people me and my wife brought are baby here she could not go up to the second floor no elevators and they said the pediatricion would be down after his next patient 7 patience have gone up and left and been here for over an hour and a half i went up to see what the problem was and he brushed me off and said he just got the paper work .. when fact is he just doesnt want to come down

Went with my 2 years old at night and after waited for one hour they texted you to go home. They said they can’t accommodate a time slot but people after you are still in the line waiting. If you are closing then put up a sign or something, people drove a long way not for your text tell me to follow up with my family doc. Worse place ever! Don’t go there

It's absolutely disgraceful that within 10 mins I have yet to connected to an actual person. I just wanted to know wait times at this clinic, they refuse to let you speak to someone instead, want to do everything through text I already know my issue can not be resolved though a phone call. They want you to provide all your information through text which is no a secured method of communication and I bet if your information was compromised they would try and shift the blame. GO ELSE WHERE DONT TRUST THERE CONVOLUTED BROKEN SYSTEM"

The new system is terrible. You sit in the car outside the clinic and yet they are confusing you with multiple text messages and calls. One text message says wait in the car and the doctor on the call says get the code and someone will call you to get in. At the end, you are left lost and confused with god knows what to do next and how long you have to wait until you can actually see an actual human being who can tell you what exactly is needed to be done. Things are becoming more complicated with more useless steps and wastage of time.
