I've always had great experiences with the staff here. Super friendly and helpful. They get things done quickly and with a smile. Often go above and beyond to make everything work for us. The owner is definitely less than friendly, but he does a good job, and hey - isn't that the point? Not everyone can be sunshine and rainbows. Always where I go when I need to ship a package in Orillia!

Excellent service at this UPS store. They helped to package up my items and didn't charge me for the box or packing material. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When they accidently over charged me they call to tell me and gave me the refund. Thanks for the great service.

They are okay. The one day they were out for delivery, I got a email stating I wasn't available and to go to the store for pickup. We checked and we saw the UPS driver drive by without stopping and no one approached the house 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after their drive by.Another instance with this store is when I had to pickup a cell phone I purchased from rpgers and they assured me they didn't have the package until I pulled up the email and then started calling UPS and they found it.Other than those issues they have been pleasant to deal with.

A much better experience now that the previous owners/employees are gone. The owners/employees are so much nicer to deal with now! They actually smile and speak to you like you're a human being! It's a pleasure walking into this store now. Completely different then it used to be!

Wow, fantastic, friendly, helpful folks at this store. I can't help but think any of the negative comments must have been former staff. I have 100% confidence in them, and leave the store smiling that I chose to work with such accommodating and knowledgeable stuff. I was referred to them, and wasn't sure, but it was a great choice, I have already referred them to others.
