I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan and his team at Hulpr!My MIL, Faye, needed transportation to and from dialysis in Kingston and they treated her with respect, dignity and kindness.Katie and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and happy. They even went into the home to her room to get her ready when the LTC home was running behind. They took her through the drive through if she was hungry/thirsty and took care to avoid every bump on the road.Hulpr was the one thing that was reliable and helpful and we could count on even when the hospital changed Faye’s dialysis appointment times at the last minute. They were ALWAYS on time. Jonathan provided updates and we always knew Faye was in good hands.Faye was delighted with Katie and became very fond of her. She looked forward to her rides and seeing Katie. Thank you again for your good work and can do attitude.Unfortunately my MIL passed. Katie came to the funeral and the Hulpr team sent some beautiful flowers which was very kind.If you are looking for someone to transport your loved ones who will care about their well being and do as good or better a job then you - these are the people to call.

Hulpr changed a Life! Our close friend is confined to long-term care and was despondent at not being able to attend the baby shower for our son and daughter-in-law. Enter Hulpr! The driver picked her up and delivered her right on time to the party, then came back and waited patiently until our friend was ready to head home. Top-drawer professional treatment. Our friend struggles with motivation to keep going, and this outing had an impact over and above what I could have imagined. In an increasingly disconnected world, Hulpr demonstrates the caring, kindness and dignity that our elderly deserve. Thanks for being there!

Since March of 2022, I have used Hulpr Patient Transfer Services for 27 trips for my family member from a long-term care facility to clinical appointments. I chose Hulpr because other local Patient Transfer or taxi services could not meet our needs in a timely manner. The staff at Hulpr strives to treat its clients as they would treat members of their own family, and for me, they have succeeded to do this in an exemplary manner.

Hulpr has exceeded my expectations. The costs are…on point. The staff are exceptional, and when you talk to the guys who run the show, they treat you well, like a human being. I’d feel comfortable with any of the drivers escorting my mother if for some reason I could not go on the journey with her. Highly recommend.

We have booked Hulpr's services to provide transportation and accompaniment for my mother who no longer drives when we are unable to attend appointments with her. They are professional, reliable and very respectful. Both my mother and I are very happy and would highly recommend. We will definitely be using them in the future!

I am very pleased with Hulpr. The staff are and continue to be very courteous and friendly when driving my dad to his medical appointments. They are well organized and very helpful when scheduling appointment pick ups and drop offs for clients. They are all health care providers and are well trained to deal with issues if any. I highly recommend them to anyone who has some mobility issues and hard to get to appointments. Great job Hulpr staff.
