Worst experience ever. I was told that they were not doing customer service but sales in this location. Not even sure what that means. Then after I raised my concern and told the associate that I was frustrated and apologized for venting to her, I was told that I was rude and that the store had a one strike policy and that they would no longer help me by another associate. I never had issues with Telus customer service online or technicians and had excellent service at the southgate store. Been a long time customer of Telus and for the first time I am considering switching to a different provider from this extremely negative experience. So frustrating to have a problem with your phone this days when that is the main source of communication and that your feel that you are alone against people that are not willing to help and have some power over your situation. Ruined my day!!!

Dont buy telus services. They advertise their products as very cheap and affordable, but then slowly change their prices to a point where its back to being just as, or more expensive, to continue with them. I started out with a $60 for unlimited data. Now im being told i have to pay 85$, with the additional $20 to finanace a phone that was advertised as a free Upgrade". This

Amazing customer service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both of the employees today at Telus helped me and guided me the best service as per my requirement. Would highly recommend this location. Violet was very friendly and helpful and the other staff too(sorry I don’t know the name of the other staff member). Extremely rude service over the phone. She rushed me off telling me to get my questions answered online or go in store. I dont live anywhere near a store, i dont drive, theres no transportation and i have 2 young kids. I need a lot of clarification as i have memory issues so i need to ask repeat questions sometimes. I felt like i wasnt valued and i will not be shopping here in the future.

When driving to Edmonton on Friday I discovered my Blue tooth was not working. After arriving I discovered that I could not access Whatsapp.. I went to a Telus store ion Londonderry to help. I was treated very poorly and was basically brushed off.I filed a complaint on the 611 line. Still had no phone service. Upon returning to my second home I stopped at the Telus store in the town of Barrhead, Alberta. The guy there listened to my problem and suggested a couple of solutions which involved me being without a phone. He explored my needs and said he may be able to solve my problem. He went to work and in about a half hour solved my problem I was treated as a valuable customer and I offer kudos to the store and to the staff member, Kevin, who did a fine job. I would hope that Telus would extend some sort of reward to Kevin for his good work.

Location was in the Telus store in the city center mall. The associate I was working with was named Kelly. I honestly have to say she should get 10 stars for the way she worked with me. I had my phone since 2015. She totally helped me set everything up, provided me with all the accessories I needed and was just amazingly patient when I was having tech problems. If you need a phone this is the lady to see. Amazing person to work with.

Currently the more evil of the 2 evils. But hey that might flip in a couple of years.

The worst Telus store ever. They don’t know what they’re doing. Long long wait time and then no service...
