Ron and his team at Rainbow Investigations were prompt in answering all communications, were always friendly, discrete, and efficient. They were willing to answer all questions, and help think through any problems. They listened to what I needed, immediately understood, and responded with a well thought out plan. My retainer was not treated as the beginning of an endless supply of money. I paid my one time retainer, and received $60 back at the end! I received quality service, and value for my money! I would not hesitate to reccomend Rainbow Investigations, or hire them again in the future.

I hired him to find my stolen trailer and equipment I was told it would be $500 to retain over the phone once meeting him it went up to $600 I got 2 updates than after 3 months of waiting I had to call him only to hear he lost buddy Ron does not call to update and I feel completely ripped off do not recommend using him at all the worst service ever
