Worst customer experience ever. They were laughing at their customers that too in front of them. Just because she was asking for the price of item. The girl at the cash counter refused to check price.Also, no one is welcoming their customers. Worst stafff

only rude workers there. no one helps or anything. It’s like all the good and nice workers i knew are gone

I went in to buy a present for my girlfriend. I didn't know her exact size but Taylor was able to help me piece together clothes for her that all fit. She has made an unpleasant experience very easy and fast especially for me with zero shopping skill.

The racks/shelves said various prices. but at checkout the workers told us different prices (that were higher) the workers were also very rude about this at checkout. If you put an item on a shelf or rack under a massive sign with a price tag. That should be the price. Organize and price your store correctly. Also we were in line for almost 20 minutes.

Very racist and treat the person based on their appearances. The “native” worker who works there is very rude and everytime I’ve came to UP , I felt very disrespected by the way she treated us.

This store has lowest prices and best promotional deals on clothes for both men and women. As the name suggest it has a great mix of urban and sport clothing for relatively cheap prices. If you're young person who is into fashion and summer clothing line I would recommend you stop by and see what they have to offer. Great customer service from sales rep who always ask if you're satisfied or found everything that your looking for okay. To top that off they always off that additional discount at the cash register.

Worst experience!Lady was so rude at front counter, requested her to check price for item she refused, and told us their is no price checker machine at this store… lol, that’s unbelievable.Didn’t even told us her name, as she didn’t wanted to be complained.

Lady had a bad attitude. Apparently she's the Assistant Manager. I overheard her gossiping about another worker, probably a part timer, to another worker. Very unprofessional and as a visitor to Canada, I am disappointed

A person at the til was very rude, I stood their for 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me and ushered that I throw my items on the table when i was actually asking to try them on. Store has great deals and what not, but bad employees can ruin the experience!

There is a male employee there that I believe his name is Bassim. I’ve witnessed him treat his employees with utter disrespect and I’ve never seen someone with a worse power trip than him. I’ve heard numerous complaints from former employees and how he made a job that was once enjoyable turn into a horrible experience. Back in April, I witnessed a fight between him and one of the other employees on the sales floor, where I believe he left her alone while it was busy. He proceeded to call her names, and I was appalled at the unprofessional service in front of other customers. I understand retail isn’t the most serious job but there is a line between keeping your coworkers on task and abusing your power. He has crossed that line. I think there should be serious reconsideration whether he is fit in his position or as a fellow employee with the girls working there.
