We have not had the Market for 3 weeks before a complained. I was told I would have it this week. That did not happen. I am not impressed. This is an ongoing issue. If I was a business person I would pull my ads!!

Flyers are hit or miss. I know they're a free service for the consumer, but I find it sketchy that half the time I get my flyers Friday between midnight and 6 am while I'm sleeping. Or we don't get the flyer at all. Having a 2 month old, I don't feel safe having my flyers delivered at 3am. We only get the flyer on time once every 8 weeks before the sun goes down on Thursday.

Your service is LOUSY and unreliable!!!! We do not get the flyers until Sat. evening or sometimes we do not get them at all. I prefer to get my groceries on Friday night for the weekend entertaining. I also miss the information regarding garage sales, etc. There should be a time specified for delivery.

We live at 259 Hill Street Port Stanley. We watch the girl deliver the paper to the houses on either side of us but did not deliver one to our house. We are NOT impressed. Our driveway and walking areas were no different than our neighbours. Unbelievable!

I am having the same problem. I moved here a month ago and I can't get the times journal or elgin County market delivered here no matter how many times I call in a complaint. What is wrong with these kids these days

First time I've had it delivered to our house on Shaw Valley and the young delivery person took the time to put the paper UNDER my door mat so it did not blow away! WOW...that was great service!

You turds shoved two of your flyers in a vent on the side my house which was definitely not a mail box and broke it thanks! My house is a single family home the mailbox is on the front and there is not another entrance on the side just because it's a corner lot with a deck. What were you thinking?

Every time the market is delivered to my home, the person refuses to put it INSIDE my mailbox and I have to chase it down all over the neighbourhood. I am getting extremely tired of having to do this. If the producers of the Elgin county market cannot have their delivery people deliver them properly, as in put them INSIDE OUR MAILBOXES, not underneath in the rack, then I will be requesting NO FLYERS to my home address!!!!
