Fun and learning place for kids, enjoy splash pad, staff is very supportive

Been coming to the splash pad for a few years now. Used to be a good experience. Now they are enforcing a one slider rule on the kiddie water slide. I went with my one year old and 3 yr old. We arrived and went down the kiddie water slides together. Me with my baby in my arms in one slide and my toddler in the next slide beside me.When we got off I was told there is a one slider rule. Told to take it up with the city if I didn’t like it. My toddler was not comfortable going down the slide without me next to her. So we had to play in the pool instead.During the time we were there- saw a mother and 4 yr old going down the large water slide together. There was a 7 year old climbing the kiddie slide numerous times and a lady in her jeans was allowed to hold her baby in the pool while she sat on the side. So seven oaks staff— if you’re going to enforce rules on your sign… then enforce the rules on your sign!When I spoke to management she was combative and rude. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Nicely redone facility Seven Oaks improvements good with waterside etc.The only suggestion is the floors naturally get wet. BSlippery should be wiped offenmore often! tethere is concern

The pool is curently open and my kid had her first lesson in 2 years here. Got to see the new splash pad and my kid cannot wait to come back on the weekend.

The pool and the diving boards are 5 starts but the people who go there are umm 0 stars and the floors in the change rooms are almost always wet.

Been going here for the last 3 weeks in a row coz my daughter cant seem to get enough of their Splash Pad area! I guess its coz of the other kids she gets to play with as well! Fees are decent and Life Gurads are very polite!

I realize it was Spring Break but there were way too many people in the pool. On top of that, to rope off an area for laps and lessons was just too much. I was not pleased with the individual space. There was none. The price was right for 3, however with that many people it was not worth it.

Very nice facility, the setup is well done. The children's area and swimming area are separate. It has a sauna, lap swimming and diving section. The only thing missing is a hot tub which would give the extra ⭐. There's also an area where you can celebrate a birthday party for the kiddo's. They have a water slide and a play area. The water temperature is great. Available life vest for the kids and pool noodles. Great visit.

So was looking for a good swimming place from the time I moved to Winnipeg. Decided to check this place out.Fairly priced, decent and friendly staff, the changing rooms were clean and well kept.Life guards always monitoring and making sure everyone is safe. Clean water, well maintained and feels safe too.Just wish getting out of the pool was more easy cos they don't have ladders to come up in the center portion only in the shallow and deep ends.

Best pool, Good Heights for Dive, has three zones for Free Swim, Lane Swim, and Dives, very calm and peaceful,They do not have Tap at pay, so bring cards or cash or buy passes or visits
