I’ve been training with Luis, Vanessa, Jay, and the rest of the team that’s based in the Muay Thai discipline within the gym for the past 3 years now. From day one it’s been an immediate home away from home, the energy and camaraderie is unlike any I’ve experienced in all prior sport endeavours I’ve partaken in. All the ideals they preach to the athletes they coach are ones that have helped immensely in my personal life. I really cannot imagine life without the family that’s been cultivated in the gym! A truly one of a kind place

They are all about money. They don’t care to teach kids. Classes are over crowded and kids are not learning anything. They just collect money. Don’t send your kids there.

We have been training here for 11 years, there is no one else I would trust to teach my kids. The instructors are amazing and are truly there for their students. They have instilled confidence in my kids and have given them the tools to succeed. Thank you for all you do!!!
