Great prices for family swim! Changerooms were clean, staff super friendly explaining everything since we hadn't been there before! It's nice that they have better family swim hours than most pools in the area!

Nice pool and skating rink with spacious change rooms and lots of seating areas - a great concession at the rink and tons of programs run. Bike park and walking trails that are especially gorgeous in autumn.

Best place to take a shower for travelers/vanlife like me on the island for only 3$ and 6$ I think to access to the pool. Water is really warm and you have a perfect pressure and be able to direct the jet where you want (it's a plus that I didn't saw in most of the complexe I've been too).

Amazing complex in Sooke! The gym has everything I need, is very clean, and usually not too busy. Lots of parking and EV charging is a plus! Good range of hours even on the weekend.
