Barbara is awesome! Please go and visit the place, it has tons of great frame arts, beautiful potteries, hand maid household items and many more. It is beside from the famous Flying Fish (already closed) shop.

So much more than I expected. Firstly, they have so much art on display when I walked in. Pictures, handmade pottery, live wood edge chests, necklaces, statues, and all kinds of glass work.Next, their customer service. Super friendly through every stage of my transaction, even when I was a very picky customer! Because I was getting a custom framing done, ONE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS, they said they may have an understandable difficulty getting it to me before Christmas day. They stayed late and had it done for me on my only day off before Christmas. They even gift wrapped it for me without me asking! They went as far as to use wrapping paper in the favorite colour of the person I am gifting it to because I mentioned it in the store.Lastly, I would like to mention quality. I chose the frames and backing for the pictures, and they made sure to suggest glass that would make my picture last even with light exposure. Even though they had to rush to get it done by my deadline, they noticed a flaw in the frames I had chosen and retouched them to be perfect!Will certainly shop here again and would consider using them for all my framing needs :D

Too bad you can't leave 0 stars.....I called this business and Barbscreamed at me over the phoneduring a conversation. Made me feelreally bad about myself. I'm not surewhy anyone feels the need to makeothers feel horrible aboutthemselves.. Seems like a nice storethough! Unfortunately I won't bevisiting anytime soon. Hopefully sheisn't like this with everyone and I just caught her on a bad day...
