Just picked up a Tesla and have to say very impressed with their customer service. Michael, Gabriel and Stephanie were all professional and made my car purchase a solid experience.

Luc was great at helping me get the car I wanted. Great service. Had an issue and Deragon/Luc helped tho get it right despite living in Ottawa.Would travel back to buy a car from him again!

I recently traded my GTR for a 2015 Porsche 911 and my experience in the beginning had a few hiccups but they made it right. They went out of there way to fix the broken parts and even found another broken part and replaced it. I’ve never had a better after purchase experience and would recommend them to anyone. Merci beaucoup pour avoir fais les bonne choses ! My next car will be chez Derragon in the future !!

Worst service ever,I have purchased my vehicule, with their internal inspection everything seems working well. I have had major issues after less than 1000k driving knowing that the inspection sheet was fine.After many contacts, they stopped calling me back even if I was right.First and last experience!Advice : take the used vehicule and go inspect it yourself , No trust

I come here to see that this is not the first review like this and wish I had seen the previous review prior.. bought a high end low mileage car (+$100K, 15K km) and when the car was brought to the provincial safety check it failed safety so this dealership knowingly let an unsafe car to leave the dealership with bald rear tires that did not meet provinvial safety requirements putting the owner and other innocent motorists at risk as the car was purchased and drove back to Ontario, and on top of it they did not disclose this info to the buyer prior to purchase, they offered to pay for 1 tire (how generous)... Secondly upon checking the digital oil system the oil level warning was Overfilled" and after getting the level to ideal.. about a half quart of oil was removed

I would rather leave a positive review, since the staff were very nice in person, but I must report that there were several frustrations following the purchase of our car, one of which remains unsolved to this day.When I purchased the car there were several outstanding issues:- I had requested and been assured to receive the full service records of the car.- The brakes did not pass Ontario safety inspection.- I was to receive 2 Audi key fobs- The roof rack was missing its end caps.I had to call and email many times regarding these issues, and I was later told that there was some staff turnover that contributed to the very bad response time from Deragon.- The brake replacement was paid for by the dealer (thank you).- I was told the roof rack caps were lost forever and I have acquired new ones at my own expense.- I have never received the service records, despite requesting them on 5 separate occasions.- I finally received the new key after many months of no response.When I had an Audi dealer program the new key, I became aware of the final outstanding issue - the shoddy paint job on both front quarter panels.Deragon had misrepresented the history of the car. Instead of 1 minor accident they claimed, there had been 2, and the repair that was done (by FIX auto- I found the invoice) is far below Audi quality standards.Furthermore, the Audi technician informed me that the car was “Flagged for unauthorized ECU update in 2013.” If I had received the full service records as promised during my purchase, I would have been aware of this. I think it’s likely that the previous owner’s unadvised change to engine mapping contributed to air intake system issues I spent nearly $1000 to repair.Deragon Selection cultivates an atmosphere of luxury vehicles with prestige service. I have been surprised by the difficulties I have encountered. I requested that Deragon representatives advocate for my paint issue with FIX Auto (who proclaim a lifetime guarantee on their work). They agreed to do so but never got back to me with a solution. My experience has been that I had to call/email 4 to 5 times about each individual issue to solicit a response.I have many friends and business associates in the Montreal/Eastern Townships area, but based on my experience, I can't with confidence recommend the Deragon Group of dealerships.

I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist.My car was inspected by Marc, and the service was impeccable.Marc is a top-level professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with clients.He is so good at explaining complicated technical aspects that even a first-grader would understand.The waiting area was clean, and the places to sit were comfortable.The waiting time was shorter than I expected.

I had the pleasure to Meet Luc the sales personnel @deragon autoHe is one of the most pleasant Sale professional I have meet.I purchased a Range Rover from him. I would recommend this Dealership to my friends.

The service was impeccable! Julia Paul was amazing she made sure that I found the right vehicle that suited me and my family. She gave me all the information that I needed to know on buying this vehicle. She was very polite and had all they answers to my questions. Sophie Manzerolle was also amazing she also answered all my questions and helped me with the purchase of my vehicle.
