As a first time spa owner, Dana and Charles were extremely helpful and gracious with their time in guiding me through my purchase and the more important setup and installation, including a Covana spa cover (which is amazing BTW). Dana especially helped me get up to speed with weekly maintenance, the do's and don'ts of spa management and 3 months in, remains available to help in any way. I highly recommend you consider CK Spas for your spa purchase, you won't be disappointed.

Bought a recondition Spa back in April paid cash, i asked it to be delivered for may got the run around piece not available and so on finally they delivered a small spa in july as a loaner to then get a different spa than i originally wanted in October.A few jets were not working had to head rest, my husband had to go get two pieces to make more jets work but not all of them.The spa broke after 3 years of use, i called to get it fixed and got a run around again and came after 8 days to look at the spa not to fix it and then contacted me after 4 days of that visit to close the spa not fix it didn’t know when/if they can fix it.Sorry to say customer service is terrible and the after service alsoDont buy a Reconditions spaEven calling is hard to reach them

Excellent spa distribution company with excellent products including Hydro pool spas which are undoubtedly the best that you can buy in Canada. The owner of the shop is always available to continue offering great service after you buy a product from him. This winter I suffered a six day power outage at my country house and CK Spas was readily available During the holiday period (between Christmas and New Years) To drive up to my country house an offer urgent care and repair to my spa. This degree of after sale service is what distinguishes CK spas from its competitors and will undoubtedly ensure its success in the years to come. I wholeheartedly recommend CK spas for anybody wishing to buy a quality product with quality service attached.
