Not your average theatre experience. Massive screen is definitely impressive. Sound is amazing. Saw Titanic in 3D and was impressed. Comfy seats that semi recline but are not great for short folks. Staff were friendly and the theatre was very clean.

Everyone was very nice and helpful unfortunately the dinosaur fossil excavation kits aren’t marked correctly, was marked Pheriodactylus and in it was a Protoceratops inside, a little disappointing but otherwise still fun.

I love this place, they show the documentary IMAX films my husband and I love and the seats are really comfortable. You can buy the tickets in advance and avoid the box office.

We thoroughly enjoyed the huge screen, Did I say HUGE? It’s actually humongous and the picture quality is impeccable. The room is large, the seats big and comfy, there was not a huge crowd and the air circulation was excellent such that we were not concern about our well-being while in the theatre. One of the most comfortable and spacious we’ve visited.

Having an annual pass is the way to go here. There are a great many good shows to attend throughout the year making a pass more than cost effective. The theatre has a HUGE screen. The sound is amazing and there really isn't a bad seat anywhere. Tickets can be brought online. The people who work here are also pleasant and decent.

The most incredible experience! Worth the extra cost if you’re visiting the museum. The staff kept everyone very organized, the theatre was clean, and was overall a great experience! We saw the Turtle Odyssey and it was beautiful! Would have loved to see another film but ran out of time.

Angkor was great brought back memories as we have had 2 trips here. Dinosaurs of Antarctica, good. Recommend this place.

Go see the wild Arctic but try to get a 3D showing. I found it mind blowing. The north is perhaps the most pristine and beautiful place on the planet. Alaska take note and do all you can to preserve your state!

Had tickets booked in advance but with a winter storm coming I wasn't able to go. Customer service helped me immediately online/over the phone and processed a refund with zero issues. I did end up going to a showing on a later date and the service in person was just as fantastic! Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. The theatre is comfortable and every seat is a good view since the rows are stacked quite steeply. Excellent accessibility for those with mobility aids! I appreciate showings offered both with and without 3D (as 3D tends to make me feel sick). There's nothing like seeing the quality at the IMAX theatre, and this location is just lovely. Will happily be back again and again!
