Waited 5 minutes for an employee to come to the checkouts. Only to find out they are charging 40% more than other retailers for infant Tylenol. Shame.

Constantly out of stock on the items I order but they do not update the out of stock item on the app. So I end up waiting to get half of what I needed or just canceling the order all together resulting in a waste of time. Do better.

Horrible customer service, I’ll happily stick to shoppers, Deena who works in the pharmacy was a nightmare to deal with, I had to call over 6 times to have my issue resolved, every time we spoke she stated it was cleared up and it wasn’t. It’s still unresolved.

Today, I was greeted by an angel. I stopped into Rexall, to check my blood pressure. I had a couple questions, so I asked for the pharmacist. Unbeknownst to me, I would be greeted with the kindest human, I could have the pleasure of meeting. I struggle with my mental health, and I have never been more validated, in my adult life. Marica, I hope you get to see this today. You asked me to do some homework, so for my first journal entry, today I am grateful for YOU. Thank you for treating me with such compassion, for taking time out of your day to actually hear me, to validate my concerns and turn my whole day around. Today, I appreciate YOU. Rexall, you should be extremely grateful to have this incredible human being as part of your team. Not all hero’s wear capes.

I received exceptional customer service from Sue in the Home HealthCare department. She fitted me with compression and bracing. I feel a difference already. Thanks Sue!

I experienced the worst customer service! I will never come back. I tried to return a product that did not work for me I had bought the day before with the receipt. The employee was so rude and disrespectful. She clearly did not fully understand her company's return policy. It wasn't until I told her that I had never had a problem with returns at Shoppers that she finally considered giving me store credit. She continued to loudly reprimand me for returning something in front of other customers. The new renovations do not make up for how nasty the employees are to their customers.

Purchased a $100 Netflix gift card that would not activate after 24 hours. Returned to the store and was told that they are not responsible for the gift cards even though they are sold in their store and paid directly to them and could take up to 2 weeks to investigate and get back to me. Very poor policy and service that leaves the customer with no options.

This pharmacy was quick, efficient and kind when I need to fill a prescription. With this process being new to me (instead of going to the doctor) I was able to speak to someone and get medicine into my hand in a timely manner. The pharmacist was professional, informed, thorough and polite. Thanks for making this new system available for citizens and for getting me the medicine I needed. I would recommend this Rexall!

Complete and utter incompetence of pharmacy staff. Meds were to be delivered…they were not. Not just once, but twice. Pharmacy staff assured me they were aware of the issue and that it was corrected. It wasn’t. Found out from pharmacist on Saturday that it showed pickup in their system. They were told from the start of dealing with Rexall, they were to be delivered. They were told again the first time I had to pick them up. I was assured they were aware of the issue and that it would be corrected. It wasn’t.The worst thing though was that the blister packs were wrong. This resulted in yet another trip to the store, where it took almost an HOUR to get the 14 missing pills in a bottle.Staff clearly has no training. Pharmacist and assistant running around looking for a bottle of vitamin c missing from the blister pack. I could have bought a bottle off the shelf and been out of there faster. The issue I have is that we pay for the blister packs to be filled and sent to my mother. When you are paying good money for dispensing fees, it should be correct! Thank god it was only vitamin c and not something far more necessary, like heart meds or thyroid meds.Incompetent is the nicest thing I can say.If this is the level of competence the corporation is prepared to find acceptable, one doesn’t need to wonder why the store at Lake St and the South Service Road in St. Catharines closed.I would urge corporate to have a very long hard look at the incompetencies and clear lack of training in this store before someone contacts an attorney because their loved ones meds were screwed up.

Went for my 2nd Covid vaccine... Amy was so incredibly amazing and beyond helpful even when in a busy atmosphere which I witnessed today. The team appeared to work well together. Amy impressed me with her promptness and organization as well as her ability to work under pressure.
