I very rarely ever leave reviews, but as a small business owner I feel the need to express my extreme disappointment with this company. The customer service is appalling as not a SINGLE person from this company has contacted me (not via email or through phone call) and they could not fulfill the task of repairing my lens.I brought my lens in on June 13th. The representative said it should take max a month for it to be repaired, but they usually come back sooner. My job involves my camera, so I started booking more work for when I should be receiving my lens back. I waited over 2 weeks and did not receive any contact for a quote. Called Henrys and they said that they would contact their repair location. Received the quote via email 10 DAYS after they created the quote since I called and asked them to send it. Then I could not get ahold of them for 2 business days as they were setting up a new system.Called Henrys 3 weeks after accepting the quote to see where it was. No one could give me a definitive answer. Called just over a week and a half ago when the lady said that she contacted the repair team and they were putting the finishing touches on it.I called Henrys again today as it has been just over 2 months since I sent in my lens. The lady said that they had it but IT WAS NOT REPAIRED. They said I should be receiving an email for a refund (which I have not received yet- shocking...).As an established business like Henrys, their communication and customer service is beyond unacceptable. Every person I talked to when I expressed my dissatisfaction would act as though it is not their issue and blame it on another department. I asked for compensation considering they have had my lens for over 2 months, have not contacted once, and did not fulfill my order, and I have needed it for work, and they have denied my request.I have no words for how frustrated I am with the outcome of this experience. You have lost a customer.

I always love shopping at Henry's. Today I was pleased to find something I believe will serve my very limited knowledge about photography. Very helpful young lady who waited on me, and when I called later with a question I was not made to feel silly for asking!!!!!!

Convenient location, lots of parking and knowledgeable staff. I just needed some quick prints so I used the self-serve kiosk for instant printing, but this is a professional fully service camera shop.
