The absolute worst automated phone system ever. Even when you get through to someone they, more often than not, tell you they have to transfer you to another department and they simply put you back at the beginning of the automated system that answered when you first called.

One thing I know about this place it says it is on the second floor of the downtown TD's complex building on the second floor but it's not it's on the 11th floor
