I am a loyal patron of Studio Aura for good reason. Van and the team are amazing at their craft. Sure the prices are higher than other salons but you get what you pay for. My hair has never been more healthy or beautiful - unparalleled blonde! Do yourself a favour and visit Studio Aura.

The staff here are always so friendly and considerate.I came to Van with probably the most demanding expectations: grey long hair when I had short, black and previously coloured asian hair. I went to other salons before her and I got disappointed every time. At the other salon, they ruined my hair extensions and made my real hair turn orange. I immediately came running to Van, and I'm so happy that I did. I saw first hand how hard colouring extensions are and I was happy to see how dedicated she was as she stayed after hours just to fix the colour that I wanted, and matched my real hair. Unlike other salons where they sent me home with two different hair colours. Yes, it may be expensive than other places, but honestly, you would end up wasting more money because of having to fix it from other places and multiple sessions without even reaching your hair goal at other salons. You seriously get what you pay for, so if you want to get your hair done right the first time, I highly suggest going here!

Words cannot express how amazing Van is! She is a master in getting the most darkest hair to the most beautiful healthy ice blonde! Not a single stylist has gotten me to the blonde she has! She is the queen of zero brass and healthy hair. She really does know what she is doing and I can promise you will walk out of her salon beyond happy with the upmost confidence. I would recommend Van to everyone and anyone because she truly is amazing at what she does.P.S. never cheat on Van or else you will end up in her chair crying till 2am as she fixes it, I speak from firsthand experience! Seriously I am not kidding when I say no one can do what she does!

I got my hair done here almost 1.5 years ago and it was my first time getting any colour to it. The haircut and colour was a great job done! When I went home I realized I wanted it darker and I wanted it done before my religious events coming up. If I remember correctly, Linda’s sister or the owner actually opened up the salon Sunday morning to fit me in and make my hair the way I would have liked it for my religious events! That meant a lot to me, and it showed how much she cared about keeping her customers happy and wanting them to be genuinely happy about their hair. I’d definitely go back again.

They do an awesome job, yes. Is it worth $500 for 6 hours of your life, monotone people with absolutely zero personality, no. I walked out with a balayage that wasn’t t toned to what I wanted. I had a way better job done on my hair for $190 and it only took two hours. The people where I recently got my hair done (the salon where most these Aura girls came from) were amazing, welcoming and I loved my hair. I almost puked when I saw the total at Aura. They give you a rough estimate at the beginning and you tell them what you have to work with money wise and mine was still $200+ more then what I expected. Please do not go here if you are on a budget or simply not use to paying outrageous prices.

Van is the absolute best, she’s transparent and professional. She got my hair to the most beautiful blonde colour I’ve ever seen and she was very open about pricing, expectations ect. Her salon is very clean and beautiful and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experience I’ve ever had. My hair is still looking as vibrant as it was on the 1st day I had it done. You get what you pay for and she will always be honest with what you can achieve within your budget. She’s now my stylist for life!

I have trust issues when it comes to my hair but Noknoy did an amazing job, definitely will be coming back!! I love what she did, I wouldn't anything. The cut, and colour turned out amazing. She was very professional and attentive. The salon overall is very clean, and all employees are very kind. The price was a little high but well worth every penny. I also have a lot of hair, which is why I paid a little more than the average head of hair.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with Studio Aura Hair Salon. I started going blonde in January 2019. Two “blonde specialists”, thousands of dollars and 8 appointments later, I still was no where near my desired blonde. That is, until I found Van at Studio Aura. She is a true master colourist and stylist. In one sitting, she took me from a warm blonde to an icy deep rooted blonde. She had the skill, experience, patience and attention to detail to get me the colour I wanted. In 40+ years, I’ve truly never walked out of a salon so completely happy with the finished product. Van is a true genius and worth every minute and penny! I’m a lifelong client now!

This is the best salon I have ever been to! Van did an amazing job balayaging my hair. I showed her some photos of what I wanted and my hair came out looking even better than what I had showed her. The health of my hair was not compromised at all, it actually looks shinier and softer than before. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous my hair looked afterwards. I came in looking bland and left looking like a Victoria secret model!I think the prices are very fair and reflect the high quality work that is done. When I told Van the price range I had in mind she was very accommodating and provided additional services on the house. The service I received went above and beyond my expectations.I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have glamorous hair. If you are picky and have never been satisfied when leaving the salon then this is the place for you!
