This company has upgraded its website in March of 2020. Several pages of information available. BTW: They are an HP Partner, but also work on other manufacturers printers.

Would not recommend. Had them look at our HP Plotter, they went ahead and put over $2,000 worth of parts in it and said it was fixed.. It wasn't. They would not even return the parts they removed. If you want your printer fixed by people taking expensive guesses at the problem then this is your kind of company.
