Amazing customer service. The employees ALWAYS show concern and help whenever I go with inquiries regarding my piercing. Much much better than their crossiron location.

I got my ears peirced by Diamond, she is an amazing employee. The store was getting packed and professionally handled the traffic quite well. I would definitely recommend to find her and get yours piercing done by her!

The store manager talked in a very rude and impolite way when I addressed that there is something wrong in the total amount should be paid. She claimed that it’s what the computer calculates as she wanted to charge me the total amount of 6 items while I should pay for only three and the other three are free. Unprofessional and disqualified associate and manager. My daughter said they are trying to scams us dad. Very bad experience.

My boyfriend and I just got our ears pierced by Rahel and it was a 10/10 experience. Anyone wanting to get their ears pierced should come here! We highly recommend. :)

I was visiting sometime last month from 'Merica and my little one was captivated with the hair accessories that looked like flowery buns in one of the coworkers hair. She was super sweet and helpful and showed us where to get something similar. We ended up buying some necklaces too! Jackie was amazing and my kid loved her!! She was sad we had to go!!! Thanks for making our trip amazing!!!!

Took my 2 months and half baby for ear piercing...the peicering specialist was so nice and went over all the little details with us..she took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions. She was very nice and patient with my baby. Very happy with the service would definitely recommend it.

I read the great reviews of parents taking their children to get there ears peirced here and decided to bring my 1 year old daughter as well. The service was amazing they answered every question before I even asked and did everything very professionally and were very sanitary! My daughter cried for less then a minute and It really helped they gave her a lollipop which interested her more then crying and she was happy and forgot all about her ears!! It's been several weeks and I have had no issues with her ears what so ever we are very happy and would recommend this clairs to anyone thinking of getting there child's ears peirced!

The girl working today was very helpful and not at all pushy. There was some kind of problem with something in the back room but it didn't take away from her helping us.

Just a huge shout out to jaqulin, she was so helpful and so pleasant. I don’t think I have ever met a customer service representative who was so kind. I have gone here multiple times and have seen her almost every time I go in to this location, and every time she has been helpful and pleasant, even though you would think there is not much she could help with in a store like this, I still feel she tries to go above and beyond for the customers.
