I have been a long standing customer at Jordan A and saw the same stylist for many years. I have also referred several friends and colleagues to this establishment so the manner in which I was treated after my last visit is extremely appalling.I asked for my usual highlights with a strawberry blonde low light. While in the shampoo bowl having toner placed on my hair, my stylist asked another stylist why my hair was turning violet. Yes that's right PURPLE.She tried washing it out with another toner and assured me it was gone. She cut, dried and styled my hair in the usual fashion and I went home, after 4 hours of being there!When I pulled my hair up the next day for work, it was purple. Violet purple which is not acceptable at my place of employment.I called to try and get in with my stylist and the manager was extremely unaccommodating. He told me to wash it out with Dawn dish soap. I did not spend $160 to be told to wash it out with Dawn dish soap.I also asked for a partial refund, for the color only, not for my stylists hair cut or tip. The owner refused. I also sent him photos via text for him to see my hair and asked for a response back and he never called or responded.Needless to say I was so upset at the way I was treated and there was no accountability on their end and no attempt to make it right for me.It's sad that after so many years of being a very regular client, I was treated this poorly. Its obvious I was not valued and I will not return. I will also make it well known to my friends and colleagues to never use their services again.

This place is our little getaway and reset! Everyone who works here is AMAZING! The vibe of the salon is intoxicating (you won't want to leave), the stylists are all very knowledgeable and stay up to date with all the latest and greatest! They also have a little shop inside that has wonderful gifts for others or for yourself.We came across this salon after another DESTROYED my daughters hair, but Jen saved the day and my daughter's hair. Everyone is so great here! I can't speak highly enough about them.

Somer is the most detailed stylist I have ever met. Staff are always friendly and having fun at Jordan Salon!

Had a absolutely wonderful experience here after a mishap of home hair dye with my son they were able to get us in right away and completely correct my botched hair dye job and the whole team came together to make it a great experience and have his hair looking great again. We will definitely come back here in the future for hair coloring and hair cut, thanks so much to the team and owner!!!

Terrible experience. I went for months letting my hair grow longer so I could get a new style. I typically get cuts every 5-6 weeks. So this was awful in and of itself. I called and asked who they would recommend to help me do the best style. Made their recommendation and I went in. I explained what I wanted and what I did not want. I left with EXACTLY the cut I explained I did NOT want. Literally said what I don’t want is………. Now it was cut this way and I left. Called to speak to someone a few days later because I just could not get over it and was so bummed. This was supposed to be a new me type event. I was told I either have to pay full price to have someone else fix it or back to the same stylist. WHAT! I can see if it just were not short enough or needed a few fixes, but why would I go back to the same person who did exactly what I did not want? 100% do not recommend because of this.

Had my first appointment today with Jake. Was the most uplifting hair appointment I have experienced. My hair turned out exactly as discussed and I could not be more thrilled. I Would recommend him to anyone! I left with a huge smile and a new favorite hair salon.

Staff friendly and on time. My hairdresser had a very gentle touch. When I called for an appointment I requested someone who had experience with cutting fine/thin hair but the appointment was with a newly graduated person. She did her best.
