Once upon a time, the Family Practice Unit of Wellesley Hospital was a tiny house just west of the hospital located on the north west corner of Sherborne and Wellesely. Dr. Dawe and Nurse Marg were the first non-judgemental medical practitioners I had received treatment from. That culture evolved and morphed in a positive way as the hospital closed and the FPU became the Health Centre at 410. Dr. Corenelson inherited me and then Dr. Owen. All of the practitioners have continued the culture of acceptance and they are all lovely people. Even if you have to get treated for gonorrhea twice in as many months. The Wellesley-St. James Town Health Centre continues to be the mainstay of my health care in a beautiful facility. Thank you to all the staff who have put up with me. xo

I have been receiving amazing care from Dr. Arbess and RN Sue Hranilovic for over 20 years. Both are exemplary examples of healthcare professionals and I don't know what I would have done without them all these years. They are simply the best! Both are kind, caring and compassionate individuals who will do everything they can to help you and have gone above and beyond for me many times over the years. The best healthcare I have ever received. Outstanding!

Holistic health services family health team offered through St. Michael's Hospital. Range of hours including after hours and weekends. Responsive nurses amd doctors and friendly reception team.

I've been going to this clinic annually for 25 years.Dr. Nasreen has been my physician for many years and I'm very grateful for her dedication to listening, investigating, assessing, explaining, and providing treatments in such a super-supportive way!St James is also a training clinic, so today I met with intern Dr. Lydia. She was delightfully friendly, and yet very professional, and highly conscientious!The nurses are great, and even the interactions with the admin staff have been positive and occasionally exceptional.I'm always confident of the quality of care I receive there and am enthusiastic to give a 5 star rating--- which is very unusual for me.****The only downside is the wait-times, but I expect that is a universal issue though-out health-care services, and in this case, the level of services provided and the manner in which they are provided are well worth the waits!

I love the new building on Homewood although they no longer have a blood lab. The building has some parking spaces and it's much easier for Wheeltrans to pick up and drop off. Although the building doesn't have any bells and whistles" I think it works very well. The waiting room is also large enough to allow for COVID spacing."
