I am impressed with this professional builder and total home improvement company , thier manufacturing headquarters is well staffed with experienced master craftsman and the owner is honest friendly and knowledgeable.

DK did a major home reno for us, involving the house (interior and exterior), garage and even some landscaping. Damir ensured that the work was professionally performed, by courteous and efficient staff and contractors, and the result is almost like having a new home. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a custom build or reno.

I had work done a few years back. I was chasing a very slow leak for about that long also. I finally decided to tear out the window DK installed and found that it was not sealed proper and shower water was getting into the wall and dripping into the basement. I reached out to Damir and didn’t respond to my inquire for assistance. I didn’t indicate anything more then I needed help with this situation to resolve it as cause significant damage to the wood work on the floor below. The initial work looked good but his leak caused me to take a close look. In addition to this water damage I found other issues. Money aside I don’t think any contractor that doesn’t call you back when you call them could be an issue. But any contractor that doesn’t call you back when you have issues with their work is not good at all. I was looking for help, not even one mention of free at that point. Just help. This review was the only way for me to share my thoughts with DK / Damir and that’s why I wrote it.

Many thanks to DK Total Home Solutions! Our kitchen turned out better than we imagined, their attention to detail that was put into the overall design shows true carpentry skills.
