I needed pants hemmed same day for a funeral the next day. He had them done in 15 minutes. Very friendly, super fast and perfectly blind hemmed. Saved my life that day!

Extremely rude. 1 star is far too many. Asked me if I even knew how to use a zipper, which needed to be replaced on my winter jacket. Told me I need to wash the jacket because it was dirty, it had rubbed against my truck. He pulled my jacket out of my hand, then I proceeded to take my jacket back and go elsewhere. He then swore at me under his breath.This man should not own a company nor interact with people.

I was told it would take 3 or 4 days to fix a one inch tear in a pair of pants. The pants were needed as soon as possible. The only pair of dress pants a boy visiting had to wear. When I questioned could it be done sooner, the tailor became rude. So I left.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is very ill mannered and rude. My family has been coming here for some time, and he has now lost our business. He is extremely condecending and I am honestly unsure how he runs a business given his attitude. Perhaps he should focus on his own personal alterations before trying to fix some pants.

Deos amazing work. He was very friendly helpfull and polite. We where a week late picking up our shirts and he recognized us and went straight for our items showed us what he did and it was perfectly done

This guy who works here possess condescending behaviour, he was literally rude and was not taking any instructions from me but try to do the way he like. I left that place by asking “ how do you make a living with this attitude”. Not recommending to anyone.Indeed, you are there to listen your costumer gentleman. We tell you to do things in our way and that’s why we pay you. If you wanna implement your own ideas, do it on your own materials.

This guy is joke, mouthing at men for no reason. Asked him if he could fix a zipper on my coat and he gets yapping at me, asking me if if I speak english. Lol. He's lucky he still has teeth left to mumble his rude comments.This guys is a total goof!!! Stay away!!

Great place. Have used it the past for alterations. But, this week (before lockdown) freshco would not let me inside the door to drop off a coat. Said I had to stand in their huge line?? No way! Sorry but they are causing Imperial to lose customers. That's not right.
