I highly recommend Sherbrooke Heights! All of the staff (doctors, vet techs, receptionists, office staff) are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. I always leave feeling like my dog has been given the absolute best care possible. Additionally, they always do their best to accommodate day of appointments when required! This vet was amazing! We were at our trailer in the area and our dog ended up with a pretty bad ear infection that was causing him a lot of pain. I called about 15-20 other clinics and no one could see me but they happened to call me back to say they had a cancellation and fit me in the same day. Dr. Barton was quick to diagnose the problem as well as giving him a full physical exam and was so good with our guy. She gave him oral and ear drops that worked like a dream and had his ear looking completely normal again within 2 days of treatment. Yes it was a pricey visit, as to be expected as it was our first time there but they were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you again!

New to PTBO. Called around, and looked at reviews in the PTBO examiner.Knowledgeable, friendly, very good with my dogs and cat.Had an emergency with one of my dogs . They saved the dog.They really listenes to me and made sure she got the care she needed. Great teamwork from all the staff and great follow up from the clinic. Highly reccomend

Dr. Bahr and the staff have been so fantastic and helpful with our newly paralyzed dog! She recommended a fantastic rehabilitation place which we are very impressed with and excited to start hydrotherapy!

I wish I could give this clinic 10 stars. My pup was diagnosed with pyometra. These guys made sure she got in and had the surgery asap. My pup is an 11 year old girl and I was so scared for the surgery. Dr. Kristen Harton made me feel so calm and good about my pup going under. She worked quickly and her and her whole team gave my girl a new life. I want to thank Dr. Kristen Harton and the team at the clinic for being who you are. I am so thankful to all of you.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and caring! I feel that my cat is always in very good hands when we visit. I am so grateful to have a veterinary hospital with staff who show so much compassion and understanding towards not only my pet, but also to me! Nothing but positive experiences, even in the scariest and most stressful moments.

Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital is a fantastic clinic! All of the staff from their receptionists, vet techs and veterinarians are phenomenal, professional friendly and they always make sure I understand what is happening with my fur babies.We had to say goodbye to our 5 year old cat in December and without the support of this clinic it would have been a much worse situation. They were there to support us every step of the way and made sure he was comfortable until the end.We have also added a puppy to our family recently and they as expected have been beyond great with him and everything we needed for him! If you are looking for someone to take your fur baby to be taken care of this is THE place to go! Thank you to the entire clinic for always taking care of our fur babies

Absolute best vet I’ve ever been to! My puppy Maple adores going to the vet which is typically unheard of! They make every effort to make sure the pet is happy while they are there. Maple got 3 needles last time and never flinched - she was so incredibly comfortable in the environment. They were patient with her shyness and made her feel loved and safe before attempting any care. I am absolutely amazed with this vet and will continue to bring Maple, tail wagging, back here! 10/10 would recommend for pets who are afraid of the vet because I assure you they can change your pets mind !
